Document Verification Process for MBA 2018 Admission

Document Verification Process at ARC-Facilitation Centre for Admission to MBA 2018
The document verification process at ARC-Facilitation Centre begins with online registration of students on DTE Maharashtra Portal
1)      Those students who have registered and appeared for MBA-MH-CET examination, have to begin with logging in as Already Registered candidate, using the details available on MH-CET Score card & those students who have given other than MH-CET entrance examination like CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/XAT/ATMA etc. have to click on New Registration using respective score card details and have to complete the registration formalities by paying fees online so as to register for enrolling for DTE CAP rounds. (Date for online Registration will be declared by DTE very soon)
2)      The candidate have to fill up various details online using the registered login id and password, fill up the details correctly like, Qualification details, Reservation type (if any), home University, Entrance exam/qualifying exam details etc.
3)     The candidate must have all his required documents scanned in soft copy format (jpg/jpeg), with size less than 1mb, for uploading on the registered account.
4)     After the confirmation of the details, the details cannot be edited/changed. Hence it is advised to the students to fill up all the details carefully.
5)     At ARC-Facilitation Centre (Documents Verification Centre), the student must carry and get verified all his/her testimonials (original documents) as listed below, along with one set of attested copies of same documents from the Verification Officers and get the Receipt/Acknowledgement duly signed and stamped by Facilitation Centre.

For Age Proof: Birth Certificate or 10th Certificate or Certificate of Age from Tahsil Office
Age, Domicile & Nationality in one certificate can be obtained from student’s Residential town’s Tahsil Office or also now a days can be applied online
For Nationality: Leaving or Transfer Certificate mentioning Nationality-Indian or Passport or Birth Certificate or Nationality Certificate obtained from Tahsil Office


Date for Documents Verification at Facilitation Centre, yet to be declared by DTE. 

Any of the listed documents, If it is not available at the time of verification process, it will be difficult to complete the process and hence you may be out of the admission process. So please start getting the mentioned documents
