- Motivated: Who never get exhausted/always cheerful in all situation to?
- Punctual: who respect time to complete his/her responsibilities?

Preparation for Interview

Get the possible details about the company, for which you are going for Interview
What details you would supposed to collect..
- Name of the company
- Its foundation, origin, head office, other branches (offices) etc.
- Main operations/activities that the organization is carrying out
- The financial achievement/position of the organization in market
- Their Market share as compare to their competitors
- Names of Competitor companies, their Market Share/Position etc.
- Bread & Butter brands/products/services of the company
- Major activities taken up by the organization in recent periods
- Major achievements of the organization (Awards/rewards/certification etc.)

Details about the job profile, for which you are applying for….
- What is job profile (Roles & Responsibilities?)
- What skills are required to perform the job responsibilities?
- What academic knowledge is required for this job?
- How that job profile will contribute towards your dream job profile etc.
- You have to prepare for that so that you can better present yourself, that how you are fit for that job.

Over & above to this, your grooming, attire should match with the job profile or at least, in best presentable form for that interview.
